Mark Patton has been in sales and marketing most of his adult life. His background is in real estate, insurance, investments, and business to business sales. But that wasn't always the case. Mark started out as a welder for Vetco Offshore in the early 80's. Looking around the shop at the older guys, he soon realized he didn't want to be welding & fabricating when he was 40. Taxes were becoming a problem so he bought his first rental property at age 22.
By 1986 he had obtained his real estate broker license in California (which he still holds today). At one time he also held a life & health insurance license and series 6 & 63 securities licenses. But there was no passion for that business. Mark's real love is teaching business owners how to reach their full potential.
Mark understands the nuances of writing copy, editing, advertising, marketing, and sales. He considers himself a ‘forever student’. Learning new methods, tactics, and strategies to help his clients succeed is job one.
Early in life Mark discovered he had a serious addiction to cars and motorcycles. After several attempts at rehab, nothing has worked so far. His glimpsed his first love (a '67 Chevelle SS) at age 11. Below is one of his latest projects a '61 Buick Invicta.
